Today we bring you more news of the season!
We have installed 43 new supply pillars on the campsite. For this we have chosen a
company that produces sustainable columns. They are made of 100% recycled PE
material of marine origin (plastic waste removed from the sea) and urban origin (from
recycling plants). Their housing makes them resistant to solar radiation, chemicals,
saltpetre and other external agents.
Their size makes it possible to house a wi-fi router in each of the towers. In addition,
these towers are prepared for the installation of individual electricity meters and the
maximum power desired by each user can be set from the reception. Once the entire
campsite is equipped with these new towers - which is planned for 2025 - we will
start charging for electricity according to consumption instead of charging a fixed
daily rate as we do now.
In addition, we have improved the lighting on the campsite by removing the street
lamps in some of the streets of the plots and mobile homes. In their place, we have
built planters with integrated light that is directed at the bottom of the planter and
creates a subtle light that has another advantage: this subdued light does not disturb
campers sleeping in tents.
